Late Discovery Circle

The Late Discovery Circle is a welcoming ADHD peer support group in Bath for women who have been diagnosed later in life or are beginning to wonder if they might have ADHD.

We offer a relaxed, comfortable space where women can connect with others who understand their experiences. We sit on comfy sofas, drink tea and talk openly about the challenges and discoveries that come with recognising ADHD in adulthood.

There's no pressure to share, no judgement and no expectation to be anything other than yourself. Above all, it's a place to feel heard, understood and a little less alone. There's humour, sadness but most of all genuine support. We arrange walks, trips to saunas and other feel good events.
